I would like if the cofee had a cover over the open !

NY Strip was left off of the order. (Most expensive item ordered) After waiting 20 minutes for a call back. They offered to deliver my food themselves or take a refund. Not what you think good customer service would offer. Chicken sandwich was dry, burger was salty, and fries were over cooked. Probably needs better management.

One of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. All ingredients taste really fresh and the fries are great too!

I wasn't given a full salmon. It came shopped up in these little bites, in this tiny box. No sauce. Very disappointed.

The burger was good, and the salad was good, the salmon was tasty, but harder and drier than I expected. I was really looking forward to the poundcake, but I did not get the poundcake I ordered instead, I got cheesecake, which was not what I wanted. That is why I gave a thumbs down to the poundcake, however when we reported that we did not receive the poundcake, they did give us back our money. I consider that good customer service.
