Tiny burger on par with what you get for a couple $ from popular fast food joints. WAAAAY overpriced at $18.

Why would you take quality ribs, cooked well, and then use some cheap vinegar forward sauce? And how can you charge $7 for a handful of low quality fries.
This place is doing too much and charging too much. Just use a normal sauce, make normal cornbread, give fair portions. This isn't rocket science.
