This place is soooo awesome. Really flavorful food with unique takes on traditional dishes..and at a great price. The orders are plentiful and can be shared. Everything Igave ordered has surpassed my expectations. Love this place:)!!!

Portions were really big-- lots of leftovers! Pineapple Fried Rice was solid, but don't bother adding chicken, especially for $5 (!) -- there were about 8-10 fatty, obviously reheated nubs of gristle. Super gross; we ended up picking them out. Pad Thai was ok, a little on the oily side. The fresh veggies on the side were a good addition. Side of satay sauce was also ok, but had a layer of oil we had to skim off first.

Everything is delicious, as always. <<taggedItemId=6492388227>>Salt & Pepper Calamari<</taggedItemId>> is so, so good- taste is great, not rubbery at all, crispy on the outside. Very generous serving size. <<taggedItemId=6492388224>>Vegetable Tempura<</taggedItemId>> is also very good - not soggy, not overbattered. Not as greasy as veggie tempura I've had before. I order from this place regularly and always try new things - and they are consistently very good in terms of quality and portion size. I can't stress how rare it is that food from one restaurant is this consistently good; even my favorite restaurants in the Bay Area are more hit and miss than Curry Leaf.
