One of my favorite places in Marin.   Love 99% of their food - the soup, tacos, salad - all unique and deelish. Had the Birria (Quesabirria) recently, though and not my favorite (although I love it from other places) - was a bit soggy and greasy. Otherwise, everything else on the menu is amazing.

Big fans of the <<taggedItemId=139542341>>Carnitas<</taggedItemId>> and the chopped salad (as a meal). Their <<taggedItemId=58542317>>Homemade Chips & Salsa<</taggedItemId>> remind us of being poolside in Mexico and the queso is a decadent add-on with bits of smoky chorizo. The fresh churros are always a good idea.

The homemade tortillas really make the dishes. The guacamole was so salty I couldn't eat it - so for $14 I would recommend to steer clear - super disappointing. The chicken enchiladas were tasty and the soap de tortilla was very good.

Love Mexican food. But since I know Mexican good my expect were high than usual... the grilled chicken for the chicken Kids Taco wa over cooked and the same was the case for the Al Pastor Tacos.
I love the Sopa de Tortilla Rustica and the Kids  Quesadilla which I totally recommend...  the Escabeche Jalapenos & Veggies will need more carrots, cauliflower and fermented onion to actually be escabeche, I got mostly jalapeños.
A bit disappointing!

Really good tonight. So happy to taste that. Was getting worried
