Seasoned perfect and always arrive Super hot and Fresh.

You can taste the commitment to quality in every bite. Fresh, cooked to perfection. The hushpuppies are HUGE and generously filled. (The enchilada hushpuppies are my favorite.) The hand-dipped corn dogs are excellent, too. 

Grease definitely needed to be changed out. Mac and cheese hushpuppies were filled with grease thats all you good taste. Mushy with little flavor. Corn dogs were okay. Batter overdone on the outside and underdone onthe inside. Edible and had a little bit of flavor.  I would probably not reorder them.  The chicken strips were good. Legitimately good. French fries ordered from just about anywhere are terrible so will just say these were no exception.  I can see the effort but probably would not go back for another order.

The shrimp was probably frozen before it was fried but most kids would like them.
Growing up in southeast Texas and eating Cajun cooking regularly, I realize my standards are pretty high, so when I find a restaurant that fills a niche I am missing out on, I like to give them shout out.

OMGGG!!!! The best food I've had the Catfish basket was fresh seasoned good the onion rings and french fries where fresh and good the shrimp basket my daughter said was the fresh and good the Brisket hushpuppies where so big they are a meal by themselves but soooooo goodddddd!!!! I will be eating for here again.
