smash burger and grilled cheese (albeit expensive) were delicious! Kids hot dog was smothered in ketchup and soggy, skin was rubbery and did not taste good.

food was mashed. under cooked meat. no flavor

I keep wanting to give this place benefit of the doubt but this was the final straw for me with this place. 
Literally sent two boxes full of melted, spilled ice cream because they didn't package the ice cream separately. Lettuce on the burger was rancid and brown. My child wouldn't eat more than one bite of the hot dog either and that's really saying something. The price of the food is criminal for what you receive - which is consistently poor food. 

I really wish that I could attach pictures. I have ordered from here multiple times both here and on Skip and to say that I am absolutely disappointed is an understatement. There where 2 different types of potatoes with the benny one undercooked and basically boiled and the other roasted but decent. The benny itself was okay.

It didn't have any chocolate or raspberry syrup added so it was just a pool of melted sour ice cream with with banana and 4 marshmallows floating in it. Doordash did nothing to help.
