6.9% abv - Experimentation is the precursor to innovation, where we learn the inner-workings of a concept, idea, or tool through trial and observation. From Yeast to West is exactly that—a careful, controlled examination of how three different yeasts attenuate the same base beer, what nuances each bring to the table and how they affect the final product. Featuring Yakima Chief YCH 701 Trial Idaho 7 hops, we’ll see how Kveik yeast interacts with its characteristics of the hop along with the base ingredients of this West Coast IPA in comparison to US-05 and Thiolised yeasts.

3.4% abv - My Brother Pat used to work for us before he joined the Army. He excelled at all the odd jobs and was self declared employee of the month for a year straight. We'd find him up the back of the bar, pumping tunes and just getting shit done. 

In honour of all the odd jobs we now find ourselves doing, I've brewed a beer in salute to Pat and paired it with a Spotify playlist of the same name. Grab your phone, hit the search button on Spotify and scan the code on the decal to treat your ears to some tunes.

3.5% ABV - A mid-strength lager with a full strength taste. 3.5% Aussie lager for the mates sticking it out until stumps. Soft stone fruit and lychee hop aroma, bright golden body, refreshing with a slightly bitter finish.

Young Henrys - Stayer

42% abv - Our Natural Lager is exactly what the name suggests. Four ingredients go in and this beer comes out. Just hops, malt, water and yeast we don’t even filter it.

Because of that, our version has a hazy golden appearance that makes it different from most other lagers. The three varieties of noble Australian hops we add give off a subtle citrus aroma and provide very light bitterness. With a gentle, dry finish the Natural Lager is an easydrinking beer that’s best enjoyed cold when the weather’s hot.

6.6% abv - Troy has not brewed in a long time, and I was giving him a hard time about coming up with something unique. Maybe, just maybe, he lost his talent. To prove me wrong he jumped on his little 3 BBL system and came up with Terps. What the heck are terps, you ask? Terps are aromatic molecules that enhance and complement the hop flavor and aromas used in this beer. This new style IPA has a unique, fruity and tropical flavor profile. When we tried it, we thought, “Wow, this needs to be a core style!”

8% abv -Phaze Out...But BIGGER. We've recently given one of our favourite beers a bit of a recipe re-jig dropping out lactose for good and for all. To celebrate we're releasing DOUBLE PHAZE OUT - the 8% Double NEIPA with everything you can expect from our cracking core range but dialled all the way up to VERY DELICIOUS.

Bonehead - Double Phaze Out

6.4% abv - Ryefield Hops in Bemboka, N.S.W uses organic farming practices to grow outstanding hops just a short drive down the coast from the brewery. Harvest is a special time to visit, and we wasted no time picking "Victoria" hop flowers fresh from the bine and rushed them back to brew with in under 24 hours of them being in the field.
Our first wet hop beer is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a fresh and exciting drinking experience that fosters regionality, terrior and the opportunity to taste the story of the ingredients from hop field to glass.

Sunday Road - Harvest IPA

6.3% abv - Hold fast. Crazy Ivan is a true-blue bucket of laughs. If you find yourself in close quarters with him, you’d better batten down the hatches, because you’ll be in for one hell of a night.

A classic West coast IPA. Big aromas of pine, orange citrus, tangerine & stone fruit. Medium to high bitterness. A full body with sweet malt notes & slight toffee notes. Full flavoured yet well balanced.

Willie the Boatman - Crazy Ivan

5.8% ABV - Raise a glass to our fearless brewers. Wide-eyed and bushy-browed, they scoured the globe in search of ingredients for this tropical treasure – a sweet brew of seductive nectar that will even sweep old sea dogs off their paws.

A well balanced & heavily hopped New England IPA. Big aromas of tropical fruits, mango, citrus,
passionfruit & guava. Low bitterness yet full flavoured with a juicy flavour profile.

5.5% abv - Imported from England - Previously called "Clwb Tropicana".

This grown up fruit salad is as colourful as the most hideous Hawaiian shirt you’ve ever seen. It’s super juicy and crammed full of fruity hop flavours that will have your mouth watering. Imagine sitting by the pool in the blazing sun with a cocktail in one hand, but instead of a dainty little glass it’s served by the pint!
Packed full of American hops, amplified by Peach, Passionfruit, Pineapple and Mango flavours!

Tiny Rebel - CLWB Tropica

6.2% abv - CALI IPA COLLAB WITH OUR OG'S RANGE BREWING. THIS BEER WAS COOKED UP ON OUR RECENT TRIP TO YAKIMA USA FOR HOP SELECTION. USING SOME NEW & OLD TECHNIQUES TO BOTH BREWERIES & INSPIRED BY THE KILLER CALI IPA'S WE DRANK WHILE IN THE STATES. HOPPED WITH YCH 702 FLOWABLE HOP EXTRACT, HBC 586, SIMCOE & CITRA.

5.9% abv - 750ml bottle - A barrel aged ale made with regenerative organic grains, boiled with hops, gentian root and wormwood and fermented by a diversity of yeasts and bacteria collected from native flowers in NSW.

Wholly exposing and celebrating the intense, clean bitterness of gentian root in conjunction with the aromatics of wormwood. One for the earthy-bitter lovers out there.

The second release in a on going series exploring the herbs, fruits and spices which make apéritifs and digestifs so bloody delicious… the follow-on from the Amaro version.

Tasting notes:
Floral, pollen like herbaceousness, earthy spices and creamy raw nuts on the nose… vinous citrus, sweet fruits and spicy oak harmonise in the background. Earthy and grassy palate, brown spices and flavours of ginger and sweet citrus running through core. The unmistakable gentian derived bitterness comes racing though invoking flavours and impressions of negronis and amaro. It’s firm… but balanced. The aroma invokes a childhood

Wildflower - Amgrosia: Gentian

10% abv - Imported from Sweden - Another fruit explosion in our ongoing collaboration series together with our friends at The Veil Brewing Co. in Virginia, US. This triple fruited Imperial Gose is intensely saturated with vibrant raspberries, soft peaches and a delicate marshmallow treatment to complete the party. Comes in a 330 ml can. Contains milk sugar.

Omnipollo - Tefnut - Raspberry Peach Marshmallow

5% abv - A unique sour created using a method of our own design – a combination of Lacto Bacter and two Belgian yeasts delivers a little more complexity and spice than your average kettle sour.

A big addition of blackcurrant puree adds a subtle sweetness and an unmistakeable fruitiness, perfectly complementing the tangy sour base.

187ml bottle - South Australia – Dark berries on the nose with a hint of bramble bitterness. Smooth, medium, body. Moderate acidity, moderately dry. Nice easy drinking.

Merlot - Minchinbury

250ml can - Limestone Coast, SA – Light crimson in the glass with aromas of plum cherry and hints of savoury complexity with some nicely integrated oak. The palate is lively with a core of supple red berry flavours enhanced by some captivating spice notes. Bright acidity and fine tannins provide definition to the long finish.

Pinot Noir - Elephant in the Room

200ml bottle - Orange, NSW – Aromas of green apple, lemon blossom and nashi pear. Zingy acidity on the palate with bright green apple and lemon sherbert

Yummy food,  plain jane was cooked well and the salad was crisp fresh and delicious

The prawns were delicious, but the rest of the meal was disappointing. The chips were cold and undercooked, the schnitzel was soggy and cold. The garlic cream sauce was tasteless, the mushroom sauce was not fresh. The salad was fresh. The <<taggedItemId=878953296>>Apple Pie Bites<</taggedItemId>> however, were magnificent, as was the vanilla ice cream. I understand it was a late order on a Friday night, but the food has definitely been better.

Everything from the Monkey Bar  is always top notch. It's even better to dine in. Friendly staff, great food, what more can you ask for! Simply the best for Burger's.

The chicken schnitzel was a little overcooked but it was ok,  the salad and the chips were nice.
