Breakfast Po'boy is amazing. Bread was soft and had a pleasant crust, good chew.  Sausage, egg, and cheese combine to complete a lovely breakfast sando. The sausage was savory and salty, balances well with the amount of bread. One note, the tots while flavorful arrived soggy which im sure happened during the deliver.  We retoasted but if you dont feel like going through the trouble give tots a pass.  

The <<taggedItemId=3365626023>>Biscuit Waffle & Gravy<</taggedItemId>> was extremely weird. The gravy itself tasted like horseradish, and the andouille was tasteless, which honestly is impressive but not in a good way. I could have made myself better biscuits and gravy if I'd had the time.

The Fried Pickles were also pretty flavorless. Whatever they dredged them in was not well seasoned. 

The Beignet Duet was the only thing I'd order again, it wasn't perfect and the strawberry gin preserves tasted like smucker's strawberry jelly, but they're the best I've had in the ten years since I left Louisiana.

The Cajun Mac and cheese is flavorless...you have to add one of the meats to make it good. Added pull pork (no sauce but seasoned super well!) and used bbq sauce to add flavor to the dish. Beignets are excellent!
