Honestly, I didn't expect to find such a good brisket in Vancouver. 10/10. I can't even say it is worse than Texas one. Wow! 
The bbq sauce could be slightly improved. 

The majority of the meat was dry. Corn bread was not moist at all. And it took double the time to make the order as originally quoted. I would honestly go somewhere else for how much you pay.

The beef brisket at Memphis Blues restaurant is a must-try dish. The meat was perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy. The smoky flavor was well-balanced, and the spices used in the rub enhanced the taste. The brisket was served with coleslaw, which was a great complement to the dish. The portion size was generous and provided excellent value for the price.

The fire-dusted calamari was another excellent dish. The calamari was cooked to perfection, and the spicy seasoning provided a kick to the taste buds. The calamari was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and served with a side of chipotle aioli, which added an extra layer of flavor to the dish.

The service at Memphis Blues restaurant was exceptional. I have been purchasing for last 3 years, every month and I am never disappointed :D My favorite resrautant for Briskets in all Vancouver :D 

Ordered the 1/2 barbeque chicken combo. Didn't receive any of my side items except beans & potato salad (they were both sub par). Also ordered the Tennessee crunch sand which. The sand-which was really good but the fries were terrible & cold
