Sine Pari is a Bourbon variety of Arabica from the Tacuba region of El Salvador, and has notes of molasses, black tea, vanilla, and green apple.
This coffee is processed using the "honey" method. During the honey process, as the coffee is drying, the coating on the outside of the bean begin to oxidize and darken in color. As it develops a golden color, the process is stopped.
