Shizuoka matcha differs from the typical emerald green ceremonial Uji matcha, which is more umami, and savoury. Shizuoka matcha is robust, umami, but not "seaweed", it has a mountainous floral and lingering sweetness after each sip. We are very proud to be able to offer this unique matcha!
