We have started phase 1 of implementing our Gluten Free menu with respect to no Cross Contact. Right now we can offer cheesesteaks (chicken or beef) with a choice of Mozzarella or American cheese. We have a dedicated grill and oven as of now. We are waiting on a slicer and a new fryer.
