Our in house brined and seasoned Buffalo boneless bites, Jumbo Drums and Flat Wings. All the chicken is brined for 48 hours in our special in house ingredients.

We have started phase 1 of implementing our Gluten Free menu with respect to no Cross Contact. Right now we can offer cheesesteaks (chicken or beef) with a choice of Mozzarella or American cheese. We have a dedicated grill and oven as of now. We are waiting on a slicer and a new fryer.
