All soups are made with a soy sauce based broth. All soups contain cabbage and carrots (and green onions if available). All our wontons are pork (no shrimp or mushroom inside). All wonton and noodles soups are made the same way, just with different choice of meat in the soup and with choice of wonton or noodle. If you'd like both wonton and noodle in your soup (ex. chicken wonton noodle soup), just make a note and we can do it! We can also do no vegetables! Again, just make a note!

Egg foo young is an egg patty made of egg and vegetables. It is cooked in a gravy. Our egg foo youngs come with 3 palm sized patties that look like hockey pucks. Foo youngs are all made the same way, just if you want it topped with mushrooms or a certain meat (shrimp, pork, beef, or chicken).

Mostly shrimp and fish entrees. These items are a la carte (by the item) and doesn't come with rice. Prawns=shrimp for us. Fish are fish fillets (boneless).

Our chop sueys are mixed vegetables in a gravy. Vegetables contain carrot, onion, bean sprout, zucchini, celery, and broccoli. If there's a vegetable(s) you don't like, make a note and we can make it without that vegetable(s). All chop sueys are made the same way, just with the different choice in meats.

Chow Mein all have cabbage, carrot, and bean sprouts. Want no veggies on there? Just make a note! All chow meins are made the same way, only difference is choices in meat. Chow Fun all have bean sprout and onion. All chow fun are cooked the same way, only difference is choices in meat.

Our fried rice is cooked with soy sauce, peas, and carrots. Our style of cooking fried rice is more on the drier side with more of a char flavor. All fried rice are cooked the same way, just with different choice of meats.
