For a limited time only, we are making handmade specials in house using fresh, never-frozen ingredients. Please note that some are raw and some are for you to take home and reheat yourself (already cooked but has been put in the refrigerator). If you order one of these items and they are sold out, you will be refunded for that item.

湖南腊肉 We prepare and smoke all of our pork in-house using traditional Hunan methods, recipes, and practices.

蒸菜

干锅 These items, if ordered in our restaurant, are stir-fried and then placed into an iron pot with a small fire underneath to continue cooking whilst you eat. The recipes are all similar. The most popular iron pot dish is the one featuring white cauliflower and smoked pork.
