We make an effort to use quality or locally sourced ingredients like our dairy products, seasonal fruits, rich European style butter, heritage wheat flours milled to order, cacao from Mexican growers, and unrefined sugars. Our baked goods are all original recipes and always evolving. We bake with love and memory.
