All sundaes except the Oreo Chip Cookie & Strawberry Shortcake are to be made with 2 layers of soft ice cream to fill the cup to the top, only to help wrap up the cup, then more toppings and chocolate syrup. 1/2 oz of 2% milk and 1/2 oz of chocolate syrup will be properly applied. The apple, brownies and oreo use 2 oz of soft serve and should always be put below the ice cream to allow the soft ice cream to be properly applied. Brownies, Oreo Chip Cookies & Hot Fudge should be heated in the microwave for 10-20 seconds depending on your microwave. The hot fudge should be heated in a 10-20 second microwave.
