Heard great things about vegan Yasai and was greatly disappointed. The restaurant had us waiting 30 additional minutes after pick up time (one dish which was dropped had to be remade) while the rest of the food sat out getting cold. The waiter said to wait 10 minutes, and another 20 later we got someone else's <<taggedItemId=4968160953>>Queen Dragon<</taggedItemId>> roll.

Food was sub par, ended up tossing half of it. Not good food quality, oily and drenched in sauces without  base flavor, cold dishes, and a long wait after pick up time with absolutely no parking. Will not return, vegans don't pick up food from here! :'(

Late, incorrect, late and incorrect orders. They have it all here. I hate to bash a good vegan restaurant but to say the service here sucks is an understatement. It's by far the worst I've ever had on multiple occasions. Try and call and they will not actively listen to you so be prepared to repeat, repeat, repeat (and that's if they even pick up... or pick up and just leave the receiver off the hook). I will never be returning here again. Sad.
