Something changed recently. Second order in a row that had been bad. Top half of both ices, for both orders, was soft and slushy. The bottom half of both orders was almost solid  ice with zero flavor/syrup. Basically I paid for an order or long boards but got even less than short board worth of product. Wont be ordering a third time    

I absolutely love this place! The people working are always beyond nice and the snow cones are my son and i favorite! 

I had no idea they could put icecream in the shaved ice! It was a great experience and will definitely order again!
