these sandwiches come without sauce so the sausage you choose are what you get to put on your sandwich. this is a great idea so it doesn't end up soggy by the time you get it. quality food great prices good people.

Best part was chili and cornbread. Brisket was more fat than meat. Chicken had a good smoke on it, but was dry. The sides were bland. That was the most surprising part to me as I always thought Caribbean food was about flavor.

I'm from Miami so I know authentic Caribbean food. This ain't it. Chicken was super dry. I've never seen Jamaicans mix cabbage with collards but it was ok, a little bland but salt & pepper helped it. Jerk sauce was ok but watery. I knew I shouldn't have trusted it, seeing as they sell pikliz and Haitian food as if all Caribbean food is the same. Again, something I've never seen. This might pass in a place like Battle Creek but a real yardie would take offense.  

The wings were too spicy. And they look like they're old. Usually they're done perfectly but these were a no for me.
