A latte, much like a cappuccino, is a combination of espresso and steamed milk. Most of the lattes we sell are with oat milk since customers seem to like it the most. Your choice of milk can be any of the following: Oat, Almond, Whole or Skim milk. There is more milk than coffee is this drink by nature. A latte involves milk steamed with a little foam, but generally not too much foam. Most specialty shops like Paradeco will pour milk in a way that creates pretty patterns on your drink. 

Latte (12 or 16oz)

For this dish we first toast a roll for the bread base. The bread you can select is the Vegan Sourdough or Gluten Free, Paleo and Ketogenic bread. After the bread is toasted a house made Vegan Scallion Aioli is added. An organic sunny cage free egg is added. We add sliced grape tomatoes and a spinach & arugula mix. 

This GF bread is going to be the best gluten free bread you have ever had. The bread is very moist, not like other gluten free breads. The bread is not sliced until you put in your order. We toast the bread in a convection oven that is gluten friendly for about 2 min and 40 seconds before the aioli is applied. We do not use microwave technology to warm up our food. Only the best of convection technology via an Alto Shaam oven. The bread is the key to this dish, made with arrowroot, sea salt, sprouted golden flax seed, sprouted psyllium husk and apple cider vinegar. The bread does not contain lactose or dairy. The bread does contain eggs. 


Breakfast Sandwich

Freshly mashed Avocado. The mash has fresh lemon, himalayan sea salt, red pepper flakes and house made roasted garlic in it. Spread over the bread or your choice; Vegan Sourdough from Gulf Coast Sourdough or the Gluten Free, Paleo and Ketogenic bread from Kara Lynn's Kitchen in Clearwater. The mash is then topped with marinated grape tomatoes with red onions. Then Local Brick Street Farms Hydroponic Microgreens are added on top. Balsamic glaze from Modena, Italy is added to the top as well. 

You have the option to add a sunny egg or an over hard egg! You can add as many eggs as you wish. 

As you can see we’re trying to make this dish as locally sourced as possible. Brick Street Farms, Gulf Coast Sourdough and Kara Lynn’s kitchen where we get our GF bread from are all Tampa Bay Area Companies. 


Avocado Toast (GF, DF or Vegan)

Vermont small batch farmed maple syrup, ceylon organic cinnamon and espresso! Made with Oat milk unless you want something else. Made iced as well, but it can be made hot. Maple Cinny Latte (16 Oz)

Three slices of locally made, thick cut, Gluten-Free, Paleo, Keto bread dipped in a madagascar vanilla egg wash, lemon zest, ceylon cinnamon and baked with caramelized brown sugar. Topped with thick cut bananas, drizzled with our small batch farmed Vermont maple syrup, and dusted with imported Ceylon Cinnamon. Sub out Banana for Strawberries or Blueberries if you'd like. This bread does contain eggs. 

French Toast (GF/DF)

House French Lavender syrup and house made Madagascar Vanilla Syrup mixed with Single Origin Espresso, topped with your choice of milk. Try with ceremonial grade matcha instead of espresso if you wish. If you didn’t see above, the lavender for our house made syrup is from the fields of France. Madagascar is the largest producer of fresh vanilla beans, our most expensive ingredient in the entire cafe, only because we buy the purest of course.

Lavender Vanilla Latte

Our Cold brew is Fair Trade Organically certified, bold yet balanced cold brew, steeped in reverse osmosis water for up to 20 hours. All of our cold brew beans are roasted in our shop. All the cold brew is also brewed in our shop to preserve perfection. The brew you drink is often made within the last 36 hours and roasted within the last 15 days. Our brew is not a nitro cold brew. The caffeine content is about 60% stronger than a double espresso. It has a bright, clean taste that preserves and highlights the delicate flavor profiles of specialty coffee while removing the bitter acids and fatty oils. There are no off-flavors (papery, metallic, muddy, etc) associated with other cold brewing processes. The secret to our cold brew is the water. Pour Over 12oz

An Americano is a type of coffee drink prepared by diluting an espresso with cool water. Giving it a similar strength to, but different flavor from, traditionally brewed coffee. The Americano tends to stand out amongst its espresso cousins because it doesn’t have milk in it. This opens up the ability for you to taste the flavors in the shot. While some people do add milk, you will likely never receive an Americano with any form of dairy or dairy-alternative, unless you specifically ask the barista.

Double espresso “marked” with your choice of foamed milk. Our Macchiato is a traditional one in a small cup. The espresso macchiato is smaller and served in an espresso cup. This cup is filled with a regular dose of espresso, with dollops of steamed milk added. There is more coffee than milk in this beverage. Your choice of milk can be any of the following: Oat, Almond, Whole or Skim milk. In Italian, macchiato means "stained" or "spotted" so the literal translation of caffè macchiato is "stained” or “marked coffee”.

We use our Paradise Blend for hot coffee which is Ethiopian and Colombian Coffee. Hot drip coffee in 16 or 12oz. Our advanced coffee brewer is out of this world! A 3-cycle brewing process that isolates each characteristic of coffee. This unit runs the coffee grounds through a series of mini-brews, which are then blended together to form the final beverage. Insolubles and solubles that emulsify inside of the brewing pot.  

Hot Drip Coffee on a Ground Control Brewer

Double espresso, with your choice of steamed milk, and thick steamed milk foam on top. An 8oz ounce beverage containing espresso and foamed milk. Your choice of milk can be any of the following: Oat, Almond, Whole or Skim milk. A cappuccino is a relatively strong espresso beverage with a standard ratio of one part espresso to two parts steamed milk and foam.

Brick Street Farms organic micro greens are placed on top to finalize the dish.

Energizing ceremonial grade matcha with your choice of milk, mixed to perfection. This can be hot or iced. Your choice of milk can be any of the following: Oat, Gluten Free Almond, Whole or Skim milk. The fuel in this drink is from Japanese ceremonial grade matcha. Matcha is a traditional Japanese green tea powder produced by stone-milling a shade-grown green tea called tencha into a fine powder. Our matcha is from Uji, Kyoto, Japan. Matcha is known to produce a clean energy that will not give you jitters. The caffeine in the Matcha takes about 40 minutes to start it’s nootropic effects. It is slowly released over about 3 to 4 hours. 
This top grade of organic matcha is made from the first springtime harvest of tencha, savored for its umami sweetness, creamy taste and enlivening energy. Prepare Teahouse Matcha in the traditional, ceremonial manner called Cha No Yu using a tea bowl and a bamboo tea whisk. This elevates chlorophyll and enhances L-theanine and other stimulating amino acids responsible for matcha's unique bounty of energy.

Earl Grey tea, steamed oat milk, simple sugar and house made Madagascar (vanilla) syrup. We also have gluten free almond milk, Skim and Whole milk. Our Minor Figures Oat Milk is not Gluten free. This can be hot or iced. One history of the origins of Earl Grey explains that a Chinese mandarin tea master blended the first Earl Grey tea as a gift for Charles Grey, the 2nd Earl of Grey and Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1830 to 1834.

This pudding has bananas, Gluten free toasted granola, blueberries, toasted coconut flakes, small batch farmed Vermont maple syrup, turmeric and fresh ginger. Turmeric reportedly improves heart health, prevents Alzheimer's and cancer. It's said to be a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant addition to foods. After months of trying to find the right coconut milk base, the milk we use only has two ingredients; coconuts and water, no fillers and nothing you can't pronounce. The dish is dairy free, lactose free, vegan and vegetarian. This dish is a great grab and go item to fuel you throughout the day. The fruit used in our chia is freshly sliced and never frozen!
