Delicious bbq! The barbacoa beef is delicious, the meats have great smoke flavour and the ribs were nice and tender. I really like the use of cornmeal in the fried chicken coating and I loved the homemade cornbread with corn niblets and jalapeños! We will be eating here many more times in The future! Well done! 

damn, those ribs were dry and tough :(
Sauce was good though.

Also got the broccoli cheese and the cheese sauce was watery.

omg weve been looking for bbq comparable to alberta and this slapppppeeddddd.best bbq in van ive  tried. 

Me and my guy ordered from here before but it looks like we didn't review it. Slims is awesome southern type grits and good food and brisket and we're very excited to order again and we're gonna send some pictures next time.!
