The Don Juan is a taco with fried cheese. It's an amazing invention and very tasty. I love every bit of it. I always add some Don Juans with asada or al pastor. Very authentic Mexican food.

The carne asada quesadilla is awesome, best Mexican food Ihave in my life!!!
