So delicious and flavorful! The pork chashu is so tender to the point the fat comes right off! It is expensive, but when you have the money get the tonkotsu ramen it is so good! 

This was the first time I tried Ampersand. All of the options were very good.  The <<taggedItemId=12039481796>>Pork Chashu Egg Roll<</taggedItemId>> was different than I expected. it was very rich and juicy.  The accompanying sauce had just the right amount of tanginess to cut through some of the richness. I think I might share it with someone next time, but I would definitely get it again. the <<taggedItemId=12039481794>>Crab Rangoon<</taggedItemId>> is the best I've had. it was delicious.  The Curry <<taggedItemId=12039481802>>Japanese Pork Katsu Curry<</taggedItemId>> was also very good. I should have requested to leave the furikake off next time, but that's a personal preference. I got medium heat because it was my first time trying it, but it was on the milder side of medium so I think I could go hotter next time. it was also very good. overall it was a great meal and I'll definitely order from there again.

Absolutely phenomenal ramen, I think this is my new favorite ramen joint. The ingredients and broth are so full of flavor its to die for.
