Our made-from-scratch gluten free brioche dough is the basis for our bakery's brioche dinner rolls, croissants, burger buns, and more! Try it to top pot pies or use as a pie crust. Thaw it on the countertop for several hours or in the fridge overnight. Use any gluten free flour to roll out or form the dough into desired shape, let rise in a warm place, and bake at 350 until done. 550g package yields about 5 RegCakes size dinner rolls, burger buns, or croissants, or one double-crust pie.
