Our signature brioche shell is filled with thick vanilla custard, and then torch-fired by hand to create that crisp, smoky candy shell. A pipette is filled with Cointreau (orange liqueur), which adds a sweet citrus balance when squeezed into the donut.

All delicious as usual! I haven't had Blue Star in forever! The <<taggedItemId=10786750511>>Tiramisu Crème Brûlée<</taggedItemId>> has always  been one of my favorites. The others were holiday treats that we're still working on. The <<taggedItemId=10770812667>>Chocolate Peppermint Old-Fashioned<</taggedItemId>> was great, so was the <<taggedItemId=9813933536>>Apple Brandy Crumble<</taggedItemId>>! We still have the <<taggedItemId=10787317968>>Strawberry Champagne Pie<</taggedItemId>> and <<taggedItemId=9816013556>>Crispity, Crunchity Maple Bar<</taggedItemId>> left though lol!

All delicious as usual! I haven't had Blue Star in forever! The Tiramisu Crème Brûlée has always  been one of my favorites. The others were holiday treats that we're still working on. The Chocolate Peppermint Old-Fashioned was great, so was the Apple Brandy Crumble! We still have the Strawberry Champagne Pie and Crispity, Crunchity Maple Bar left though lol!

The seasonal donuts are so good and you can't go wrong with the OG's as well. The seasonal donuts are so good and you can't go wrong with the OG's as well. We love the Gingerbread Old-Fashioned and the peppermint Chai & Chocolate Peppermint! Orange Blossom Berry Sufganiyah was a fun flavor as well! 

Donuts are top tier.  Always recommend this place to people visiting. My go "twos" are the Blueberry Bourbon Basil and the raspberry rosemary. OMG TO DIE FOR! 

The complimentary Creme Brûlée donut tucked into my order was a delightful surprise. That brioche  donut filled with custard & brûlée  with Cointreau on the side (literally) was magnificent! Inspired! Donut filling & glaze were all elements done perfectly in exact balance.
