Georgian cuisine is one of the best kept secrets in the world -- an amazing and unique blend of some of the best tastes from European, Middle Eastern, and even slight Asian flavors, with truly excellent use of dairy, wheat, and other farm products, combined with spices, to make something magical. Chama Mama is one of the places in NYC recommended by Georgian friends, and lives up to their recommendations.  It also brought me to the doordash platform -- and I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience, will order again.
