Introducing Store Rewards

The Chicken was overcooked, dry and tasted burnt.  The ribs were dry, chewy and cold. 
The potatoes were dry and flavorless.
The coleslaw was okay. 
The fried Mushrooms were the best part of the meal. 
So very disappointing considering we've been customers for near 30 years. I had hoped my previous unsatisfactory experience had been a fluke. Unfortunately,  it's not.

All the food was double dropped so all old and burnt tasting 

For the 3rd time in a row received the smallest chicken bites I've ever seen on both orders and 1 container had 6 pcs and 1 had 9...not worth the money anymore as this location is not the same anymore
