The ribs last night were tender, smokey and juicy.  A few were a bit too charred for my taste but overall flavor was VERY tasty... 
I ate them all up!  The soft yeast rolls served on the side were yummy too.   

Food tasted great. Quality Caribbean food for this area. 

Plantains weren't cooked properly. Tasted chalky.
