Created in a tribute to both my mother and Mac Miller, The Velvet Revival features a secret ingredient laced, red velvet base cookie, that is then combined with Oreos, White Chocolate Chips, and Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, which is then baked to ooey gooey perfection.
