Listen. I ordered something that wasn't on the menu, and not only did they come through, but they hand wrote me instructions on how to put it together once I got it. They went above and beyond and have no idea how much I appreciate it!!!

LOVE the ice cream! The sizing for  DoorDash orders is ridiculous though. Medium hurricane is what I would expect as small.  Large Ice cream dish isnt even close to what is pictured. More like a small. Wont be ordering delivery again.

Their ice cream is always top notch! Staff is very practical and willing to go the extra mile for customers and accommodate special requests! Love the convenience of DoorDash but its not uncommon for some establishments to handle orders poorly, forget items, etc. Not this place! 100% everytime and if they dont have an ingredient or are missing something they try to make right rather than just sending an incomplete order. Cant say enough about their consistency, accuracy, and customer care. Of course their products are great too! 

Ordered the 4 pints. They substituted a specialty flavor with just plain vanilla rather than something else or even the base of chocolate. (This location won't allow you to add a comment when you order).

Cant go wrong with black raspberry. Also the banana split hurricane was the bomb!
