Really pleased with our first order. The babaghanoush was smoky and garlicky, and I loved the thick, fluffy pitas they use. The falafel in my sandwich was crisp — not chewy, not too dense. Dolmes had a yummy lemony flavor. 

This place is my new favorite. I got the lentil soup  & <<taggedItemId=2182223992>>Egyptian hawashi<</taggedItemId>> & both were amazing. The portions are generous.

The tea was not so good and my sandwich was dry but every thing was seasoned great and tasted awesome!

I was expecting a "large" tabouli salad, but its only a few small ramekins worth and doesn't have much of a flavor. They were out of one of the three items I ordered (<<taggedItemId=2182224017>>Turkish coffee<</taggedItemId>>) which, for a new restaurant, could either be a good or a bad indicator of how things will go. The <<taggedItemId=2182223955>>grape leaves<</taggedItemId>> are... okay; unimpressive. I feel like that which I ordered may have been a poor representation of this restaurant, but I don't believe I'll be ordering again any time soon. If/when I do order again, I'll get the lamb.
