I've had truly great cookies maybe three times. One was from the patisseries at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Another was from a small shop in Granview in NYC. And the incredie macarons from this shop are the best.
Each of these macarons is a work of art. Perfectly crispy on the outside, gooey perfection in the middle. Each flavor was philosophical; distilling what is essential and beautiful about raspberries or coconuts or a million other things instead of trying to overwhelm you. Each macaron is a happy memory of flavor. 
Thank you for opening my eyes to the potential of french patisserie! Each macaron I have eaten since I have compared to these, and often the comparison leaves much to be desired. Its hard to go back to the farmhouse after seeing the gay loghts of Paris but it is impossible to eat bad macarons after having the ones from this shop.

I was so excited to receive the bag from Le Macaroons . I had specified that the three items must be gluten free-no substitutes, just credit my account. 
The 2 eclairs and the lemon meringue tart looked amazing, almost too good to be gluten free. I have Celiac Disease so I tracked the store down and called them to see if they were GF. NO. Only the macaroons and two sherbets are GF.
I would like a refund, please.
