The brown stew fish was amazing. The brown stew sauce was very tasty. Highly recommended. 

The jerk chicken was very good as well.

I LOVE NEGRIL!!! Only leaving a 4 star rating due to that fact, but  the food at this location is just ok. Nothing to rave about. Almost wish I chose somewhere different, but I was hungry and was hoping to have a better experience this time around. It seems that none of the added Negrils in the DC area can match what the Silver Spring location offers as far as tastes and enjoyability is concerned. I'm not sure why the food taste so different in comparison, but I have been disappointed almost every time I try a different location.  

Curry goat was delicous. Rice and peas and cabbage are not very season but make great carriers for the flavorful curry. Beef patty also delicious,mildly spicy and flaky.

I had the <<taggedItemId=7499547818>>Oxtail Dinner<</taggedItemId>>, and I did not love the consistency of the meet; there were just a few vegetables as well as a lot of rice flavor was ok. 

The Beef Pattie, Jerk Chicken Pattie and Rum Cake were amazing. I had the Oxtail Dinner, and I did not love the consistency of the meet; there were just a few vegetables as well as a lot of rice flavor was ok. 

I got the curry chicken roti which was really good! The chicken was moist and tasty roti was nice and flaky. I just wish they had an option for curry goat roti.
