Best vegan pancakes I've ever had! They are so fluffy and moist. The only thing I would change is for the compote to be in a separate container versus on the pancake. It made the top layer a bit soggy. But still delish.

Amazing pancakes! Would just  love the compote to be optional or put in a container so they don't sog up the cakes 

Great portions and so so good. Best pancakes I've ever had!
