Pho Dac Biet was good, could use a bit more flavor.  Thai iced tea, perfect.  I was not given utensils, napkins or a straw so we had to scramble to find some near our hotel - which ruined our plans of staying in.

Best Pho place in the city. Menu items always flavourful and rich. Broths are perfect! Lemongrass pork and chicken always amazing!

Scroll no more!  This place is the best!!!  I always do the lemon grass chicken and deep fried wings tons. 

Good portions and well seasoned/marinated. I'm Viet so I hate it when the vermicelli noodles are broken... someone didn't keep an eye on the noodles! Everything else was super good. 

Ordered the Pho Tai Nam and the Bun Bo Hue. Both soups were mediocre, quite weak in flavour in the broth. Good portion size and lots of meat. Also ordered the spring rolls but again, pretty mediocre in flavour and texture.  Price wise you get good value, but flavour profile not amazing.
