The <<taggedItemId=8289163684>>Wagyu Don<</taggedItemId>> is a wonderful surprise. Usually with beef, especially Wagyu beef, rare is a preferred method/doneness;  but this well-done beef still retains its silky and soft texture, and retaining whatever marination it has soaked. The accompanying egg, rice, and the duo pickled daikon complete the special beef bowl. By the way, any Raku rice leftover is worth saving, because even the rice is done well.

This was a disappointing experience. We ordered via Doordash. We were excited to see <<taggedItemId=7541282862>>Mapo Tofu Udon<</taggedItemId>> on the menu and ordered two. Without communication, neither arrived and we received one order of Wagyu Beef Udon in its place. It was an ok dish but not what we were craving and there were two of us so we had to share it. The <<taggedItemId=7541282862>>Mapo Tofu Udon<</taggedItemId>> was crossed off our receipt but we were still charged for both. No one answered the phone atthe  restaurant and their VM was full.  Doordash, of course, refunded the missing items but the restaurant was not helpful after changing our order without asking. The <<taggedItemId=546926771>>Organic Iced Green Tea<</taggedItemId>> was great.
