Roots is phenomenal. I usually hate salad and begrudgingly eat healthy, but their options make eating salad and healthy  pure joy. Their ingredients are flavorful, and their combinations pack a big taste punch without making you feel weighed down. Roots is single-handedly getting me to be a salad-lover.... aaaaannnnd probably adding some years to my life, lol. THANKS!! ;)
