OMG, this place is a treasure! didn't get to take photos as I was very hungry so, next go round will do it. that being said, this place is the real deal. ribs are tender, moist and tasty. the chicken is cooked to perfection and the cornbread, even without the butter is stunning! I highly recommend Sarcastic Swine BBQ for good eats! 👏👏👏👏

I added chicken wings to my order. The meat was delicious. Tender and juicy with a nice smokiness.  Cornbread and the butter it came with was delish. Sides not so great.no flavor with the mac and cheese and the collard greens werent properly washed and were gritty.     

Mac & Cow, and Burnt Cow sandwiches are so delicious. Perfectly cooked so much flavor 10/10 recommend it. 

BBQ nachos were SO good and my food arrived before the quoted time. Everything ive had there is great, but   LOVE Sarcastic Swine's chips. Idk what it is but im slightly obsessed. Pulled pork and brisket are also AWESOME

Delicious but forgot the cinnamon butter when I ordered a bunch of cornbread :(
