Not all rice is equal! Coconut milk is a common ingredient in Maui. One of my favorite moments is the trimming of coconuts off our palm trees, cracking one open and drinking the fresh juice. Jasmine rice infused with coconut milk, coconut oil and lemongrass create a warm and beautiful flavor that compares to no other, paired with the juices of my curry dishes takes it over the top.
