It was the best ice cream, I've ever had!!

I order from here regularly. The cookies tonight are STALE.

Was not a peanut butter cookie sandwich like I expected based on what I ordered. Cookie was hard as a rock. Not only that but all the ice cream was melted and there wasn't even any ice cream that was frozen by the time it got to me. It was a miserable mess and a total disappointment. I've had these delivered before and they were always good. If you can't ensure it will be what someone  orders then don't offer it.
