Awesome store, I do both delivery and go into the shop itself. Everyone's super nice, service is fast, and it's my favorite boba shop in the Bay Area!

Paid for extra boba yet they were super stingy with it and only put in a normal amount. They included  a biodegradable (bamboo?) straw that snaps when you use it as, well, a straw, making in instantly unusable. And the flavor was hella bland. but at least they were opened and delivered past 9:30 so one star for that.  Not every boba spot can be good, I guess.

Not sure how this is supposed to resemble the picture... tastes like overpriced watered down black tea. First time ordering from this place and will be the last.
