Not a fan of the ramen. Not spicy and lacked flavour. Noodles were too tough. The bun was dynamite though

 meat was a lil dry, I think if it were braised and pulled rather than chunks it might be a 6

I would recommend adding some bamboo shoots to your ramen and remove the ginger. overall very good :)
