Very good burger IF they remember to include the toppings like lettuce, tomato, onion. If you don't ask, they may forget it, even though the description of the burger says it comes with it. But very good burger when order is right!

The salad had brown lettuce, which I could not eat. The mac and cheese container was only half full. The chicken was soggy and unpalatable. I took one bite of the ribs, which had a weird, gammy taste. It's a total waste of money. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

A bit overpriced for what you get versus other BBQ places. The ribs were dry with a very thick ketchupy BBQ, and the Mac n cheese was weirdly sweet.

We'll be looking elsewhere for BBQ.

This restaurant began to go downhill sometime in the early 2000's when the original owner (Ted?) retired and passed it along to the kids who ran the quality into the ground in favor of more cash in their pockets.  Don't take my word for it, see for yourself---stop in any Saturday evening and get a seat in no time at all.  In years past, you could expect to wait 2-3 hours (without reserved seating) for a table.  Now it's a ghost town.  

In terms of quality, they no longer smoke their own ribs rather have them shipped in pre-smoked.  This is a big deal and steals a lot of the original flavor.

In spite of all of this, pricing has actually gone UP SIGNIFICANTLY.  In what world do these kids live in where they can expect to raise prices while offering up a far worse experience (oh yeah....they also cut out the free salads and limit the amount of bread per table)




They are known for their pork chops, and for good reason.  Thick, juicy, and flavorful.  Five stars!
