My order was about 10 minutes late. My chicken sandwich was smothered in some kind of orange mayo sauce which is not listed on the menu. There were hardly any fried included in my sandwich order and the chicken was not spicy. I've had this sandwich in the past and it was way worse than what I've had a couple months ago. Probably won't order to go from here next time.

Poor rating for missing an entire entree and not offering a refund for a missed item. First time I've ever experienced an issue where a restaurant won't stand by their fault.
