How to cook tortillas:
Heat up a pan to medium/high heat
Place tortilla flat on the palm of your hand and peel off wax paper

I LOVE this place! Tacos are always so good, the tortillas fresh and delicious. Burritos are always worth having! I always get their consomé, pairs well with everything! Must have in PDX. 

the tacos are delicious! their tortillas and chips are full of flavor and have great texture. salsas are spicy and flavorful but not over the top. I had the black bean and veg filling and it was seasoned so well. I will definitely order from them again

Best burritos in town! Every bite of our meal was flavorful and thoughtfully made. The salsa and guacamole are both fresh and delicious. The carnitas and pollo are both exceptional. I am sure everything else is, too, but I can't stop ordering the carnitas.

I've had the asada and the Astor burritos and found both to be overly bland. The rice is also bland. The buñuelos were just tortilla chips with cinnamon sugar on them. Don't recommend for delivery, but their in person tacos are good!
