The macaroni and cheese had too much pepper making it spicy. The potato salad was pretty good.

As always, I really enjoyed the Brisket in the Gold sauce. Their brisket is my favorite in Cincinnati. High-quality meat and just great smoky and meaty flavors. Other dishes I would also recommend are the Mac and Cheese, Baked Beans, and the Yams.

The brisket has an amazing, peppered flavor. The smoke is not an overwhelming taste and adds to the wonderful taste and smell of the brisket. Their mac n cheese is seasoned to perfection and incredibly flavorful, I absolutely recommend it as your side! The Hot BBQ sauce is also actually spicy and super tasty, unlike most restaurants, and the heat is just right on it. Medium BBQ has a great flavor with balanced heat as well, I recommend it and their Hot BBQ. Their Gold BBQ is an awesome mustard based sauce, too: Collard greens are good as well. Everything was great. My family and I love their food!

The <<taggedItemId=24972863>>Pulled Pork<</taggedItemId>> wasn't very flavorful and the macaroni was ok at best. The lemon <<taggedItemId=24974044>>Lemon Cake<</taggedItemId>> wasn't very good. My partner told me she liked the <<taggedItemId=24972819>>Turkey Tips<</taggedItemId>> and the greens. The yams were amazing, easily the best thing I got.

The Peach Cobbler and Apple Cobbler were the blandest deserts I've ever had. The Pulled Pork wasn't very flavorful and the macaroni was ok at best. The lemon Lemon Cake wasn't very good. My partner told me she liked the Turkey Tips and the greens. The yams were amazing, easily the best thing I got.
