The potato salad had too much sugar, don't like sugar in my potato salad, the okra wasn't steamed enough for me and the peach cobbler was also too sweet, I recommend that the cook would take into consideration that some people may be diabetic 

Okay...This was a mess.  Everything was over cooked. The Fried Okra was burned, I couldn't even eat it. The greens were far too sweet. The shrimp was over cooked and mushy. Terribly overpriced for some really mediocre food. Never again. 

Overall, the food was okay, but not anything spectacular. Especially considering that I grew up  on "soul food."

The fried pork-chop and French fries were unseasoned and needed salt. That was disappointing.

The chicken wings were seasoned immaculately but the coding of the batter was uneven; nonetheless, the wings were okay. The Mac + Cheese was delicious and the candied yams were also delicious. 

Our food came with a complementary slice of cornbread, which was nice. Our order came without napkins or utensils (which was frustrating), but the food was tightly wrapped and packaged (in order to ensure nothing spilled or leaked from the containers), which was nice.

Im a southern girl born in North Carolina but have lived here 22 years. Ive never had authrn southern food as good as this!!!! Made me feel like home. I loved it all! The Mac and cheese! The potato salad, diff than my mom's but still good ! The fried okra delish. Rice and beans were good.  Shrimps were good. Sweet tea just like moms!!! Sooo good! I found my go too! Highly re
