Very expensive for the quantity you get. The food itself was good, flavorful and fresh. But I probably wouldn't order here again for the price.    

The food as always is delicious. They pay special attention to allergies. I did not realize the sauce in green machine had eggs in it and they put it in a separate container on the side and wrote on both containers warnings that it contained eggs.  

I ordered for pick up. The actual pick up time was 30 minutes later than scheduled. All told, it took 1.5 hrs for my order for one to be prepared. I ordered 4 orders of nigiri. None of them had the toppings advertised on the menu. They were all plain, no seasoning. I also ordered the shrimp tempura roll. The crab was mealy and mushy. Overall, terrible sushi experience and so expensive and it took forever. I normally love Bamboo but the Cedar Hills location is really struggling. The food cannot be that bad and so expensive. I will not be ordering from this location again. Probably best to dine in rather than take out. 

For the price of the food, I was exoecting an epic sushi experience. What I got was yellowtail nigiri that was described with a magical preparation on the menu but came plain. Something called Crisoy Rice Spicy Salmon that I expected to be hot or even warm, but was cold. Imagine a cold tater tot topped with spicy salmon. And the roll I was really looking forward to due to its originality of including apple, was decent, but definitely not something I would spend $20 on again. Pretty disappointed. Will be going back to Mio Sushi next time.
