I found Bamboo's food to be a step above the usual sushi offerings in the Portland area. I loved the Green Machine with albacore and <<taggedItemId=2677757806>>seaweed fried rice<</taggedItemId>>. My husband and seemed to appreciate his meal, too.

I've ordered the Bamboo Crispy Rice roll before and it was wonderful. The order I received tonight was really terrible. The crispy rice was completely hard the way rice gets when you leave it sitting out for a few hours, and it was almost impossible to bite into. It got stuck in my teeth and wasn't the right consistency at all. The dried out, sticky nature of the roll completely ruined the order. Huge bummer because is very expensive. So proceed with caution for the crispy rice orders unless you’re eating in the restaurant! 

I love the sushi. I just wish they included chop sticks for my order.

Love bamboo but the spicy tuna crispy rice was a bit off this time. 

Insanely expensive for watered down sushi for white people.
