All Bru Daddy's pizzas are 12-14 inch Neapolitan style pies cooked in a wood-fired oven. Due to this, expect to see some char on the crust. Charring of the crust is a by-product of baking in a hot oven. The charring also adds a more complex flavor to the pizza. Our pizza should be charred, both on the bottom of the pizza and with a leopard pattern on the crust.

the El Cubano and the Crafty Hopburger were fantastic. 5 star food, 5 star delivery.

I love wood / coal fired pizza. This, by far, is the best one I've had in the area.

The food was fantastic ive eaten at blended a few times but never tried bru daddys. The sandwiches were delicious and filling. Big side orders for the onion rings. Food was hot and amazing!
